Event Description:
Want to make a meaningful impact in your community? Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) is hosting a shoe donation drive fundraiser from now until September. New and gently used shoes of all seasons, styles, and sizes are being collected.
All funds raised from the shoe drive support CCR&R’s mission to provide quality child care, family resources, and training opportunities for child care providers. So why not declutter your closet while supporting a great cause!
Shoes can be dropped in donation boxes at one of the participating community locations until September 5, 2026.
• All Wolf River Community Bank branches (Greenville, Hortonville, New London, Shiocton)
• The Laundry Gal- 400 N Richmond St. Suite D, Appleton
• Shifting Tides Chiropractic, 1403 Appleton Rd., Menasha
• Landscape Solutions, 2979 W 20th Ave, Oshkosh
• Your Boat Club, 1232 N Sawyer St, Oshkosh
A special Shoe Donation Drive Thru Event will be held at the CCR&R office in Kimberly on September 6th from 9 am-11 am. Simply drive up and volunteers will be ready to take your shoes from your vehicle- no getting out of your car necessary!
The shoe drive is being conducted through funds2orgs.com, which will redistribute donated shoes through their network of micro-enterprise small business partners in developing countries where economic opportunity and jobs are limited.
